Breathing

I have a lot of trouble with this, but I believe it truly works. There is someuch to this, the importance of breathing. When you are angry or need to focus, breathing can change your life. Just like how eating certain foods will not hurt you or change you immediately, but with time, can cause chronic diseases.

Meditation to some degree or a loser idea of it can be applied, to actually pause breath for a period of time.
